Terms of use

MilyonPixel (milyonpixel.com) is operated by TURKONIC APPS LTD (registered in England & Wales, company no. 17497247, registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom). By using the site and buying space you agree to these terms.

1. The service

MilyonPixel sells advertising placements on a digital wall of 100×100 squares (10,000 squares). The unit of sale is one square. A purchased area is a digital ad placement, not property, an investment or a promise of increasing value.

2. Duration

An approved ad stays on the wall for as long as the MilyonPixel site is online. If the site is ever to be taken down, users will be notified by email reasonably in advance.

3. Prices and payment

Every square costs the same: 10 US dollars (USD) per square; the minimum purchase is one square (10 USD). The final amount is calculated on our server at checkout. Payments are processed by Airwallex; depending on your bank, a foreign transaction or currency conversion fee may apply.

4. Content rules

• Images must be PNG, JPG or WEBP, without animation. Large images are resized automatically.
• Links must start with https; titles up to 60 characters.
• Gambling and betting, adult content, crypto and get-rich-quick offers, weapons, hate speech and illegal content are not allowed.
• You may not use other people's trademarks, logos or copyrighted material without permission.

5. Review

Every ad is reviewed before going live (target: 24 hours). Content that breaks the rules is rejected and the reason is emailed to you. A live ad that later breaks the rules (e.g. its link redirect changes) may be removed.

6. Liability

The advertiser is responsible for the ad content and the linked site. MilyonPixel does not guarantee uninterrupted availability; to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected. Questions: info@turkonicapps.com
