Rejected ads
If your ad is rejected in review, we email you the reason. If you don't upload corrected content within 7 days, you get a full refund to your card.
Cancelling before going live
If your ad isn't live yet, you can cancel within 14 days of payment for a full refund. Once your ad goes live at your request, the service is considered performed and the right to cancel ends.
Technical issues
If you were charged but the area wasn't assigned to you (e.g. two simultaneous payments), the amount is refunded automatically.
How
Email info@turkonicapps.com from the address used for the order. Refunds go back to your card via Airwallex within 5–10 business days.
